My Hospital ID No. 649101H, I have paid Rs. 150/- for medical test reports & Submitted original receipt to Secretary mam on 27.08.2019 along with my E-mail id. Secretary mam replied me that all those reports will be sent to me within 7 days. But I didn’t received any mail. Please look into the matter.
