Christian Medical College — nationality discrimination and bad behaviour

I have visited today for endoscopy in ot block 2nd floor and the patients was my mother, she was getting scared so we come till the gate and out of reception but the sis security how is behave which i didn't like at all of a sudden he said from where you came bangladesh i will call from here on 900 and all of you passport will be creased like that now please decide is it fair and take a proper action so such incidents.

And by the way i am an indian.
