I am a patient of cmc hospital number - 237250D I TRY to book an appointment for dermatology for my mother . But payment failed for three time two time by net banking and another by debit card on cmc website .Amount of 550×3=1650 deducted from my SBI account. Here I given transaction I'd First- IGAAVCTLO3 Second- IGAAVCTBY8 THIRD- POS CHRISTIAN 29096 ( Debit card). Transaction date 19/02/2017 at 11:21 Basically amount refunded 5 to 7 working days but after 13 days amount not refund. Please Refund this amount to my bank account. I made an appointment with the invoice no.-W0932096, Hospital no-816709G, ref. no-[protected]IGAAWRHRH4 and ref. no.-[protected]IGAAWRHBN1 on 01.03.2017. Two times bank deducts the amount- i.e- Rs.80.00 x 2=Rs. 160.00, but CMC portal display Transaction Failed. Kindly arrange my amount i.e Rs. 160.00 as refund.
