Sir My name is soumen banerjee. On 12 th october at 06:11 p. M. 2017, l paid 685 rupees for booking against hospital no p812488 name of gopal ghosh to dr. Santosh koshy. My bill no.- a[protected], transaction id - [protected], bank reference no.- [protected], invoice no. W1270788, net banking of state bank of india. My account no. Is [protected]. My payment shows successful, but booking show cancelled. Because of my patient is in serious condition i again booked same doctor through my credit card on same day i. E. 12 th october this time it shows successful, but against my first transaction i can not refund my money and your website it shows pending... Pls. Sir solve my problem. Nov 2 nd 2017 today we had an appointment at 2.00 pm and we reached to labour ward 3.00 pm but till now not getting admission. What hell you are doing almost 10. Hours simply sitting patiens with lotog pains.If you haveno beds don't give admission. You mean are mads.very very bad hospital. In the world. Treated cows and gots. Mindit
