Yesterday I received but there is a lots of difference what I ordered and what I got. After that I tried to contact their customers care many of time regarding to return the product but their no is out of service .
And I want to replace this product. Because no o e can purchased any products from this company because it's totally worthless .

It is delivered on 16th may 2016. When i opened the pack it is defrent what i show on site it is on very bad conditions stiching is very poor and some peice are dirty when i see. I want refund my payment. Kindly refund my paymenti on before i take an other action.

I purchased a pair of shoes from this website and the product I received is a wrong size and horrible quality and finish. It's a size 6 or 7 when the size I ordered was UK 9. However, the product shows a tag with size 9.
The shoe sizing does not meet the international standard of sizing and nor does the website provide any size detailing. Just numbers are mentioned.
After Repeated requests and detailed information, the employees at the website have only one reply that they cannot take the product back and cannot refund the money.
They clearly mentioned that I can return the product within three days of delivery. I requested are turn not he second day itself. I have the proof in form of emails exchanged.
The website belongs to some Mr. Abhishek Sharma who have kept his identity and contact details hidden. This website is a fraud websit and has cheated a number of customers.
They deliver faulty and wrong products. And refuse to refund the money and don't have any legit answers to back their refusal. I have been harassed by them for so many days now.
This website is a fraud and the owner is a CHEAT and FRAUD. HE should be arrested for cheating the consumers.

Further, you delivered the said order through your courier boy by one sealed cover supplied from r. R. Enterprises, sector 63, noida, delhi-201301, tin no: [protected]vide invoice no :jwh[protected] for rs.1399 and against making full payment to him on 12 — 5-2016.
Sir, after opening the sealed cover i surprised to see the contents that the same are not matching as per your advertised picture for my basing to orded to buy the same brown jacket from you.
Now, i am requesting your good self to return the same against payment or supply of brown jacket as per your actual advertised picture to enable me to keep faith in your site and also empowered me to tell others about trustworthyness of your valuable website.

I ordered this 20000 mah samsung power bank on 08/05/2016 with which a multi port device was free. It arrived fast but the product was duplicate and old and broken cover and doesnt keep charge and gets discharged in say around 2 mins. I have ordered 20000 mah but received 16800mah. I have complained on their site but no response at all. I attached below the invoice and my email complained also.

This is an illegitimate business with worst products nd pathetic staff.
I ordered a power bank which is not at all working. When i called their customer care they are so rude to us nd they don't even speak proper english (Illiterates) including their team leaders.
After 45 mins of heated argument wth their tl they agreed to ship a replacement; nd guess what even that doesn't work!!!
U'll should read their grammatically error mails nd you will laugh your lungs out.

Worthless products, rude and illiterate staff.
Should be sued nd their business should be banned so that they cannot fool anyone more.

I received the product today which i have already booked online. But there are some problems that i booked 20000mah samsung power bank (See the above bill) but i got 16800mah power bank and. More over that is an old piece because it is very mutilated and broken the cover. Therefore you have to return back the product and refund my cash or dispatch a brand new product same as per the bill description.

Expecting that you will take immediate actions for the same.

I had placed the order for adidas show in grey and orange color but received the fake or duplicate product in diffrent color. When i loged a complaint and ask for reversal or refund money they give the below answers.

"as mention on the product page this is a liquidation sale so product color and design may be wry, so we are unable to consider your return request. "

And in 2nd mail got the answer,, "as per your order our vendor ship you your product so that we are unable to consider your return request."

Actually my mobile battery capacity is 2000mah, but when i am charging my mobile with that samsung pawor bank, my mobile is charg up to 50%. So i am not satisfied with your product. I had ordered a samsung 20000 mah power bank; order id – 371176 from e-commerce portal. The said product was received at customer location and on de-sealing the package the said product was not working which was intimated at e-mail support addresses i. E. [protected]@chupchaplelo. Zohosupport.com. Since return and refund policy available on your website specifically mentions that mobile accessories and peripherals with manufacturing defect are covered under policy if intimated within 3 days of delivery. Since the same was intimated to you customer support team immediately after discovery of malfunctioning product, it was expected that the product would be replaced with a new product. It is blatantly clear from the business strategy adopted by chupchaplelo.com that they are flouting existing rules applicable to e-commerce business and cheating gullible customers by inducing them into buying fake and spurious products claiming them to be genuine and branded and denying replacements of faulty products under the garb of illegal and arbitrary refund and return policy. This flawed business strategy on their side is against law of land and complaint into this will surely land the firm on wrong side of law. We hereby request to replace the above-mentioned product in a timely manner. Since that has not been the case, we have been constrained to call upon you through this notice that appropriate replacement of the product within a 7 days of receiving this notice and in case of failure, we shall be constrained to initiate such proceedings before a competent court of law we shall also claim damages to mental pain & agony, undue harassment and cost of notice.

I have ordered a shorts from chupchaplelo site on april 18th, it is delivered on april 26. But the product is different from what shown on the site and size also differ (Images attached). Product is of very poor quality, not the original brand. I sent them mail ([protected]@chupchaplelo. Zohosupport.com) for returning the product and do the refund, but they are not at all accepting it. I repeatedly sent the mail with the images, still they refused it saying they cannot do the refund.

I talked to samsung customer care and they denied it as samsung product.

Immediately i lodge a complain to chupchapleo customer care, unfortunately they replied with, the product is lying under no warranty and no guarantee so they could't help.

They simply cheated me, i paid money but received a fake duplicate product.

I bought a product from chupchaplelo.com a combo of 3 chinos size 36, but when I open that packet it was a 28 size chinos with worst quality cloth.
