CIDCO — Garbage disposal

Hi. I am a resident of sector 3 ornet heights ulwe which is near the agri Koli circle. We have people throwing garbage near our building which has resulted in huge pile of garbage and increase in mosquito infestation. There are no garbage pick up facilities or garbage bins for the ulwe village people in sector three and they throw the garbage on streets randomly. Please can you look into this.
