CIDCO — refund after surrendering of won cidco lottery

I ulhas parab had won cidko lottery (Application no [protected]) for one bhk flat in taloja. Due to financial burdens i surrendered my lottery on cidconivara website (Pic attached). I had paid total amount of 25280/- on 24/9/2019 which was promised as refundable amount after one month of surrendering it. Its been three months now and the only answer i have been getting from them is that the refund process has not started yet and it will happen next week. Its already 3 months and i want my refund of 25280/- in my account with interest. No person is giving me the right information and only different phone numbers are given each time i call to know the exact status. Its mental harassment everyday with my money locked in their account

I had paid total amount of 25280+25280=50560 on 08/10/2020 which was promised as refundable amount after one month of surrendering it. Its been three months now and the only answer i have been getting from them is that the refund process has not started yet and it will happen next week. Its already 3 months and i want my refund of 25280+25280=50560in my account with interest. No person is giving me the right information and only different phone numbers are given each time i call to know the exact status. Its mental harassment everyday with my money locked in their account
