Cilory — No refund for returned items (returned due to lack of quality & specification) | |||||
We have ordered 2 T-Shirts and 2 Tunics from Cilory.com on 7th June 20. However due to the lack of quality and size specifications we have requested a return of 3 products - 2 T-shirts and 1 Tunic immediately after the receipt of the shipment on 11th June itself. Subsequently, the return was scheduled on 12th June by Ecom express (AWB[protected]. A few days after, the refund was initiated (after a reduction of Rs. 524 ) and upon inspection it was visible that the refund was initiated for only 2 products. We raised a complaint on this regard but the customer care team kept insisting that only 2 products had been received which is not acceptable and untrue. Hence we contacted the courier team Ecom Express & after periodic follow-ups from our side, Ecom courier team was ready to acknowledge through mail that they received 3 products from us (PFA mail). I have been following this up since 2 months, but no action has been initiated by them even after routine calls/emails (PFA latest). Their tone has changed from disrespect to intimidation & I want justice in this regard & would like to take legal action against them after I noticed that many others were also fooled by them on the same matter. Now they are telling to refund me Rs202/ after deducting the courier charges Rs99/ please help me to give me justice to got my hard worked money.
