Today on 31 aug 2017 i went to buy the tickets of toilet, showcasing at 7:30 pm at cinemax, city centre mall, pandri, raipur. The attendant said that it is mandatory to take the offer with every ticket. The cost of ticket is 50/- and incl. Offer it counts up to 140/- and i need to buy 6 tickets that means 540/- overall extra cost other than ticket. I don't know why they are compelling to take the offer which i don't want.
Authorities please take some strict actions against this.

This is ankita and i had gone to watch anabelle 3pm eng show today 28th aug 2017 at cinemax nagpur. I required 3 tkts. I was asked for an id which i did not carry but my other 2 friends had id. But the employee at the box office was not satisfied and asked for ids for all tickets and was extremely rude.
1. If id for all person are required why don't you mention it in the ads.
2. Booking tickets from book my show i was not asked for any id.
So why this nonsense only when i am booking it directly from the box office.
It was a sheer waste of time for me and my friends and an awful experience.
I am a 30 year old woman even if i look young i am sure i don't look under 18.
If the staff cannot provide a good experience for the customers i don't see a point in them sitting at the window and then the customers are blamed for rude behaviour.
I really don't know if this mail will make any difference but since i have nothing else to do as i have already missed my movie because of your un-professional staff, i thought i might as well take a chance. As it is i don't watch too many movies at cinemax i am sure i won't be returning to watch one any time soon.

This incident happened at[protected] at cinemax theatre, I bought 2 tickets and she asked for extra money, as ticket cost was Rs.100 per head, because she added food combo in it. She didn't even asked that if i wanted that combo or not. There wasn't any printed note attached to ticket for combo, just a piece of paper which you have to show at the counter to redeem your offer.
As i did not want that combo so I asked for a fair price of tickets only, i.e, Rs. 100, but she did not and asked me either to take the ticket or move so that other customers could buy, then I talked to the manager about all this and told him that I'll file a complain. Then he just asked me to buy that ticket and he'll return the combo money separately because he didn't want others to see that otherwise everyone will try to claim there money.
I got lucky but they have been cheating since months as other of my friends told me about this and I want this to end.

This cinemax situated on 3rd floor of dev arc mall is one of the worst, unclean, unhygenic theatre in ahmedabad. I paid inr 600 for the best seats available in the theatre. It was a very bad experience. The seats were not cleans with dust all over it. It was infact not cleaned ever. It had all stain marks all over it and the same was true for all the luxurious seats

Ur security guards not allowed small child food which is homemade.
My child 3 yrs old, i m not interested to buy juck food for him.

How to manage if my child hungry in theatre.
Can cinemax ready to bear expenses after any effect on small children medical expenses due to junk food???

Pleas suggest/ guide, how to manage small children food if parents not interested in junk food from outside.
Or we leave to watch movies due to small children health.

It is correct that outside food not allowed who are adults.

Please guide.

I have purchased 2 tickets for 5.35 pm show for Baby Boss AT cinemax Raipur, City Centre Mall on 8th April 2017. I was not allowed to watch along with my pregnant wife because I did not had a ticket for my 4 year old girl. I requested ed the staff Mr. Vaid that my daughter shall not utilize the seat and only sit on my Lap but he was adamant and the discussion went on for 10 mins and wife was standing there helplessly.
The staff supervisor was observing the discussion but did not felt necessary and important to intervene. I had been insulted along with my family and the ticket was also not returned to me.
Such a gesture from a family by a reputed cinema chain is not at all acceptable.

Whenever we come here to watch movie they take minimum of 30mins over the actual show time to start the movie
And when this was complained the staff and the manager were very reluctant and noncooperative in their response.
kindly take a strict action....

We went to cinemax for Rangoon which was at 12 PM. When we went to the ticket counter the executive told us that the ticket is of Rs.130. Whereas in online booking it shows Rs. 50.
They told us it is mandatory to take combo pack without it we can't take ticket and watch the movie
When we convinced one of the person here Named - Lalit. He started using foul language and said it can't be done.
Please let me know why it necessary to eat when we're not hungry.
Cinemax raipur is doing really very bad and is loosing the customer

I have currently watching movie in cinmax, with my wife, son & mother.we taking popcon for my child but they not allowed this.why?it's our choice what food we eat...I am very disappointed now today onwards decided that not to watch movies in cinmax...if you not allowed outside food then this is your responsibility that food provide by food court is cheaper...10rs food for making home that you charge 150--200 which is unjustified.

I went to Cinemax Nagpur at around 10 30 AM today i.e. Saturday 27 Aug 2016. I asked for Marathi movie Kanha tickets for evening 7.20 show. A counter girl named Bhagyashree refused to give me tickets for this show saying i will have to buy them on time since there is no booking and further she is not sure if this show will be screened. I said they cannot do that and that i would prefer a complaint against the management. She made no efforts to find out if she can help me instead she appeared not bothered about complaint. Can you ( the management ) please look into the matter and avoid such scenarion in future. This is happening for a second time with me for a marathi movie and i do not remember if it was the same Cinemax or other movie screens like Inix or PVR. Will expect a feedback

On 12/07/2016, we myself, my wife and a kid went for movie sultan. we bought tickets for rs 150/- each as per their rate. we were carrying cookies for our kid.

Incident
They said those cookies are not allowed in theater, we asked them to provide those (same brand) cookies from their food court, they said they don't keep cookies in food court. our kid started crying as he wanted those cookies only, we requested them many times but they didn't allow. they said to go out of theater area and feed the kid, we felt so insulting.

Complaint
1. they should allow our food for kids.
2. when we buy tickets for whatever prise they ask, they should allow food from outside which they don't keep.
3. why costing for food items is 5-10 times more than market.
4. why passanger lift of theater was not working.

We, myself, my wife and our 3 years old kid visited cinemax, college road, nashik to watch movie sultan on 13/07/2016. bought tickets for ₹ 150/- each. we were carrying biscuits and water for our kid. at the time of entry, security personn told us that water and biscuits is not allowed from outside. then we enquired with security and food counter person that do you have biscuits in your food counter? they said no. but still they didnt allowed us to took our kids. due to which, our kid was very upset and we couldn't enjoy our movie. and i have strong objection on this. they ruiened my day, they should allow our food from outside, which they dont keep in their food court.

This issue is regarding the unethical practise at Raipur (chhattisgarh).
Cinamex raipur is unnecessarily selling tickets in more than the offical rate alloted to it. They are making a compulsion to anyhow take the 70/- addtional popcorn & colddrink combo.
Suppose the movie ticket price is 50/- then the customer unnecessarily has to pay 50+70 = 120/-.
Please make a note of this serious issue and take a strict action against it.

I went to movietime pitampura new delhi to book myself 4 tickets o[censored]pcoming punjabi movie KAPTAAN. At first he told me that kaptaan is not going to projected there then i told him that, "i have checked it at bookmyshow and it's saying that it's gonna project here tomorrow" then he said sorry sir you are right and it's gonna projected here tomorrw and asked me my suitable timing. I told him 5:20 and accidently he booked 12:10 and told me to gave money. When he handover tickets to me i noticed that it's timings is 12:10 not 05:20 i told him that it's faulty, i told you to book for 5:20 and you booked 12:10. He then goes to the manager and speaks to him and bring him to me. He told me that you have to watch that show, we can't do anything. I told him that's not my fault i want my money back. Despite of apologizing for his mistake he ask me rudely to come here and sell this tickets yourself to someone, this is only way if you want your money back.Then after a very long arguments he told me to come tomorrow and he looks after in this matter but he doesn't gave me any guarantee to give me tickets of 5:20 show or to give me my money back!
He asked me to leave my tickets at counter and gave me his mobile no:-[protected]

I attended the show-maheshinte prathikaram- at 7.00pm on 28.02.2016, with my family. At the entrance, your checking staff told me that the food which i have brought for my baby is not permitted inside and should leave there. As it was for my baby, i requested for a special permission. The entrance staff called her supervisor and he promised me that they will deliver the food at the seat b3 and b4-after the show begins and i thanked and trusted him.
But, i am very sorry to say that it was a fake promise and no body came with the food packet during the show. Throughout the show, my child asked for that food and i couldnt even enjoyed the film. I never expect this cheating behavior from a recognized firm like yours and i felt very bad and shame of you.
I expect atleast an apology from that particular staff.

I'm not sure if you take feeback seriously, as this is my third email since last 2 years.

I am a resident in kalyan and a very big fan of movie who loves to watch mostly every film released on a Saturday or Sunday.

Although I am aware cinemax is really good at it's service in entertainment industry however I see a very big difference in the standards and quality provided to the masses basis location.

I am based in kalyan where I have a cinemax theatre next to my house, which is my most preferred place to watch movies. But I think cinemax has no concerns for the customers in kalyan as the theatre is [censored], the seats are not maintained. The staff is not responsive.

My biggest concern is the movies that you play here. Me and my family loves Hollywood movies and 3D movie, but I hardly see any screenings here.

Even the substandard theatres in kalyan are playing Hollywood and 3D movies. For which I have to travel to different theatres in kalyan even though I have a cinemax theatre just next to my house.

However all other Cinemax theatres in Mumbai play Hollywood or 3D movies, so I want to ask why the difference in kalyan???

So my suggestion is if you are unable to maintain your standards all over, you should probably close this unit so I won't have further expectations.

I loved cinemax previously but now I'm a very disappointed customer.

Yesterday i went for Talvar movie 8 pm at Cinemax, Infinity mall, Malad west. While ticket mentions timing as 8 pm, the show started at 8.35 pm. For 35 minutes the consumers are mentally tortured and are forced to see ADVERTISEMENTS. While the multiplex mints money from various companies whose advertisement they show, consumers are not intimated about the duration of advertisement. Not everyone is interested in watching those advertisements. Government should take a note of this. The simple solution is ticket should clearly mention, show duration (eg 8 pm to 11 pm), movie duration (2 hours) or movie start time (8.30 pm). Or is the Government hand in glove... Also, on asking the management person (Mr Jacob) at Cinemax, he was blunt that he cannot give in writing that the movie started at 8.35 pm and also played a normal victim card..that he is just an employee

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you that yesterday i have visited to see movie in your cinemx multiplex ( BAHUBALI). The sitting seats were totally broken. I have complaint twice to the ticket checker regarding the setas but he tried to ignored me and in interval i have complaint to the manager regarding the same problem but he has also not given the more importance to us. He also neither provided other seats also to us. and he also told me that pls adjust yourself and leave the multiplex as soon as possible. i would like to tell you that you are charging the rupees to show the movie( which includes Govt tax also), you are not showing the movie in free to the customers. First teach your manager and staff some manners how to talk with customer. With me there was my family who have not enjoyed the movie just not because of seat but due to the manager misbehavoiur. I bought chips of lays company of MRP Rs.15. But the novelty cinema, Aliganj charged Rs.20. I querried for bills then they misbehaved with me as well as with my wife who wentered to see movie jurassic world with my son in morning show today. While me and my family going iNOx. today show cancelled. i sashok .we are came have rain & inox administration.
