Since most of Hollywood movies are in 3d- max and same. Soo it's my and naskities humble request to provides us with new technology soo we can enjoy our movies ..     We were at your hall for the 10 .20 am show tanu weds manu screen 2 sat 23rd may 2015..seat A1..A2..A3..A4 We had gold seats ..the blankets were not in poly bags. They were dumped on our seats.. the popcorn served was cold.. there is no tissue in the ladies toilet.. seat A3 had popcorn stuffed in the head rest.. is this how cinemax treats it's customers. . Or is it you care a . It was a terrible experience. . Very shoddy hall. Never again. Regards Pankaj Prakash [protected]

      I have gone to watch movie in cine max in kandivali east, at Growel mall on sunday- 03/05/2015. The chairs in the screen no 3 was very uncomfortable. I was sitting at the 2nd last row from top and was not able to sit properly. There was no leg space at all. This was the worse experience i have been through. If we are spending so much money then we want to enjoy the movie with full comfort. Please change the sitting arrangement. Thanks a lott Hope To see the response very fast.

        I had visited your CINEMAX MIRA ROAD on[protected] at 7, 04pm to book ticket for 10.40 pm show of the movie, DETECTIVE BYOMKESH BAKSHI for the same day . I had clearly told him that I wanted the ticket of 10.40 show. But he gave me the ticket for 7.30 pm show of the same movie which I didnt notice. I noticed the timing of the movie at 9.30 pm .I kept trying the Cinemax Mira Road contact numbers, 64561321, 64561322 and 65298416 for half an hour but no one picked up the phone. So at 10.00pm i went to the movie theater and informed the staff about the issuance of the wrong tickets. The staff was not at all helpful and started blaming me saying, i should have checked the tickets . The Staff of the CINEMAX MIRA ROAD IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND NOT AT ALL COUTRIOUS. I even went to the entrance to speak to the MANAGER, but the secutity person MS VICKY SINGH, didnt allow me to meet the MANAGER. She only made me speak to the manager, I requested him that as its the fault of CINEMAX STAFF, they should give me the tickets for 10.40 pm show for which I had come to book the tickets. The MANAGER, MR NITIN was rude, unhelpful and liar.He said there was no tickets available for the 10.40 pm show the movie Ditective Byomkesh Bakshi . I then went to the booking counter and again bought tickets for the 10, 40 pm show. The 10.40 pm show of Ditective Byomkesh Bakshi was completely empty . I AM COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED WITH THE KIND OF THE SERVICE I GOT FROM THE CINEMAX MIRA ROAD. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PROVIDE ME THE COMPLAIN NUMBER FOR FURTHER COMMUNICATION

          I first bought a copy of banshee season 2 from fye and when I got home I went to watch it, it was blank so I returned it to the store I then ordered another copyfrom best bup and it to was blank. I am very upset with the quality of blue rays. Can you explain to me ho not 1 bUT 2 different times this has happened. Please respond back to me. Thank you Theresa CLOTWORTHY

            We went for Cinderella yesterday (21st March) 4:10 pm show and were eagerly waiting for Frozen Fever before Cinderella started but they deliberately cut off Frozen Fever and commenced with Cinderella.. During intermissions I walked up to the manager and he clearly declared that there was no such thing as Frozen Fever because movie's name was Cinderella and that was playing so he didn't understand why I was even complaining! This was really disappointing

              I went for "Dum laga k Haisha" movie on Sunday, 8th March at Cinemax, Kandivali West (near station) multiplex. I was shocked to see the pathetic state of seats and the overall condition of the hall. It doesnt deserve to be called a theatre, it is worst than even third grade stadium halls where people go free of cost. I would request the Cinemax brand to re-think of their association with the theatre as it gives a very bad and horrible experience to the movie-goers and spoils your brand name. Cinemax is known for its quality halls and overall multiplex experience. This theatre is not upto 50% of your standards. Mostly all seats are broken, tilted and the hand rests are useless. the seats cant be adjusted at all. When asked, the manager in charge simply said it is due for renovation and will be done soon. I have even registered a complaint in the register book but I dont think it is of any use. It is my urgent request to the entire Cinemax management to take a look at the pathetic hall and take it out of the Cinemax brand. It is spoiling your brand.

                Dear Sirs, I bought two tickets from d ticket counter and my show was 9:55am around on wed (dum laga ke haisha movie) date 4/3/2015 but d guy on counter had d worst manners ever Impolite, grumpy face, demanding...we walked to the counter he had a grumpy face no greeting or what so ever and demanded the money for movie tickets" give d money!!" and he gave us movie tickets as well as food coupans worth rs 80 and told us its copmpulsory along wid tickets...we asked some questions he keeps looking other direction and ignoring us...we spoke to Mr. Patil who was manager there before the films regarding this, and he apologized and told us its not compulsory and gave us refund.although it is a kind gesture, it does not address, correct, or alter the problem.There is no guarantee that next time, our experience would be any better, or in fact any worse. all bad manners and service, con money.not boarding Cinemax ever.                   I was booking 2 online tickets at cinemax online on 24th December for movie pk (Hindi) show date 25th December time 10 a.m. and the same wasn't booked but the amount was deducted from my account and i didn't got any refund either.                     heyy... so the situation was like this..yesterday i tried to book two tickets for a film (ormayundo e mukham)(malayalam) in cinemax, oberon mall, kochin, kerala..so everything was thru till the payment and i selected seats and tried for payment and entered details of my bank account..and during process after sometime i got a popup message saying that payment was failed and sorry for the inconvenience..but the thing is same time i got a message from my bank account saying that an amount of rs 273.71 INR has been deducted from account..so next day i went theatre and asked about this to cinemax staff..and he told me that no such booking for specified seat happend and tld me that if you have any complaint you can send a mail to cinemax and they will refund you within 7 days..so situation made me to take another tickets from direct cinemax counter..and i hope you will refund my amount within 7 days..and i dont wanna reveal my account number here..email id that i specified for booking seat- [protected]@gmail.com and my cell number-[protected] date of booking-13-dec-2014

                      An amount of INR 333.71 Debited to Ac XX1197 on 09-NOV-2014 16:15:20 on account of NET TXN: BILLDESK AYBK[protected] CINEMAX. This happened with Cinemax Cinemas Mira Road, My wife wanted me to go and watch a movie with her but i am just helpless. Cinemax i need my money refunded back asap. Thanks Do help at the earliest.

I HAD THE TICKETS FOR THE 2200 HRS SHOW ON 03 OCT 14 AT AUDI 03 OF CINEMAX MULTIPLEX LOCATED AT OBERON MALL COCHIN FOR MYSELF AND FIVE OTHERS..THE SEAT NUMBER WAS A2.HOWEVER ON REACHING THE THEATRE I FOUND THE SEAT TO BE TORN AND IN DAMAGED CONDITION.I APPROACHED THE MANAGEMENT AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER.THE SAME WAS DENIED BY THE ON DUTY MANAGER WHO SAID HE CANNOT DISTURB THE MANAGER AFTER 2200 HRS, FOR SUCH A MINOR ISSUE. 2. HE ALSO CLAIMED THAT THE DAMAGE TO THE SEAT DID HAPPEN DURING THE PREVIOUS SHOW AND HE WOULD NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE.HE ALSO DID NOT GET THE TIME TO TUCK IN THE SEATS DURING THE TIME PERIOD BETWEEN TWO SHOWS. 3. HE ALSO CAME UP WITH A WONDERFUL SUGGESTION OF COMPENSATING THE TICKETS AND ASKING ME TO LEAVE THE THEATRE AND COME THE NEXT DAY THAT IS 04 OCT 14. 4. DURING ALL THESE CONVERSATION HE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT REFUSING TO ADMIT THAT IT WAS THE MANAGEMENT FAULT FOR THE CONDITION OF SEATS.HIS BEHAVIOUR WAS AGAINST ALL NORMS OF POLITENESS SPECIALLY WHEN TALKING TO A CUSTOMER AND IN A SITUATION WHEN THE STAFF IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. 5.                             A amount of 384.27 was deducted from my account and no booking was done. None of their helpline number is working.

                                High price for movie and snacks

                                I have been to several multiplexes of Cinemax in Hyderabad.. They are stealing money from people's wallets officially.. For one popcorn medium sized, they are charging - 150 to 200₹, one cool drink - 180 - 220₹, Movie ticket - 150₹ with additional charge of 20₹ for 3d glasses. I am not sure why such normal services that would generally cost much below 100₹ are being charged double the prices.. Sometimes they are handing over stale...

                                Today (25/08/2014) I went to watch mardani in cinemax kalyan and bought samosas for me but i found something wierd in samosa some thread kind of material. they charge such a large amount to the customers but there is no quality check for what they serve.They just know how to take money from customers but what they provide to them is not at all taken care of which is a serious issue today.

                                    I Ms. Lopa Zacharia would like to bring to your notice that on 12th July 2014 we had booked a movie at Eternity Mall (Thane) 10:30 PM show for Humpty Sharma ki Dulhaniya however the movie started post 11:00 PM. We do understand minor errors here and there but if it was a mistake by the cinemas then you guys should have cut down on the advertisements and trailers and covered up for the loss of time. As it was a 02:30 hrs movie the ideal time of the movie end time was 01:00 AM and we were okay with this as we had to catch the last train at 01:30 AM from Thane station and had calculated the time accordingly. Because of the delay from your end we had to leave early and missed on 20 mins of the movie. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable as we did not get value for our money. After going through all this I expect an explanation and a commitment that this wont repeat in future else we will have to consider other cinema options and will also publish this incident to the maximum that we can.
