I booked a movie ticket from cinepolies neptune magnet mall, bhandup on 14 sept 2015 for a movie show on 15 sept 2015 at 3:15 pm... N as i went on 15 sept... D theatre was closed... I asked d staff fo refund.... The manager of cinepolis mumbai... Refused to gve me refund... N said the ticket will b used wen it wil get started... Bt it seems dat it will nevr start...
