I had booked 10 tickets under BOOKING ID: W8HF6T4 for the highly anticipated movie "Adipurush 3D" for my team, specifically opting for the M Series seating, which was advertised as premium seating with extra leg space. However, upon reaching the cinema hall, we were shocked to discover that there was no trace of the promised premium seating or the extra leg space. To make matters worse, the seating chairs provided felt incredibly uncomfortable, resembling hard rock chairs rather than the premium seats we were expecting. This stark discrepancy between the advertised features and the actual experience left us feeling scammed and cheated. As loyal customers, we had trusted Cinepolis India to provide us with a superior movie experience, but unfortunately, this was not the case. To illustrate the situation, I have attached three reference images, including one ticket, the leg space area, and the seating map from the "Book My Show" platform. These images clearly depict the disparity between the advertised premium seating and the reality we encountered at the cinema hall. I must emphasize that this experience has left a significant impact on my team, and we have collectively decided never to visit this Cinepolis hall again in the future. We believe it is essential to share our disappointment with you so that you can address this issue promptly and prevent other customers from experiencing the same dissatisfaction.
