[Resolved] Cinepolis India — about broken seat

I am currently in my seat along with my wife and 2 year kid amd our seats are damaged and broken... I have taken vedio as well of damage and we got escaped from a serious injury... Call me at[protected] to discuss this and i would like to take this to consumer forum... I am watching Bharat at screen one seat M3 M4...i am very much disappointed as i told to serving boy as well but no action
