[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — About not receive ticket and debited payment

Today i tried to book 2 tickets online for baahubali movie in cinepolis ashima mall bhopal. It showed my ticket is booked but no message and mail receive to about booking. I checked my bank account and rs. 394.36 has been debited.

There is no customer care to call. I sent email to their support email but no response till now. I want my money back...

I booked 2 tickets from cinepolis website for Baahubali 2. I did payment through Paytm. My money deducted from Paytm wallet and ticket not granted to me.
Cinepolis order no #54992.
Paytm transaction no is [protected].
And cinepolis website is not responding regarding this.
