[Resolved] Cinepolis India — About ticket purchasing | |||||
I have purchased 1 ticket of the movie 'Baahubali-the conclusion' on[protected].I have booked a ticket for date[protected] at 5:55pm. I used the Cinepolis mobile app to book the ticket. I made the payment by using the UPI as mentioned in the app. I paid 367, 18 rupees. The amount was deducted from account but the no message or Email came to me about the ticket confirmation. I haven't received any message till now about the ticket confirmation.
