[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debit from card but ticket not confirmed | |||||
This is inform you that i am going to booking movie ticket through cinepolis app for aravinda sametha veera raghava at cinepolis manjeera mall kukatpally hyderabad with seat no vip 12. After finishing the booking processing the amount will be debited from my card, but booking not confirmed. There was no confirmation message received from cinepolis end. Please go through on this issue and settled my transaction and amount credit to respective account. (Amount rs. 265/-) Was this information helpful? | |||||
