[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Amount debited but ticket not booked | |||
I was trying to book one movie ticket from cinepolis mobile app but amount got debited and ticket not booked. It showed me some error occurred. Very bad experience with cinepolis and your Organisation is not even providing a confirmation or complaint number. Cinepolis has also not provided any customer care number to which I can call and check the status of the transaction. I have also made a complaint in their site Contact us Feedback section.
