[Resolved] Cinepolis India — amount debited but tickets not booked. no refund even after 2 months | |||||
I have tried booking tickets on 7th april 2018 and amount got debited but not received any confirmation. After follow up with hdfc team, they've given the confirmation id with which transaction is done. As per your confirmation to the bank, transaction is successful.
