Hi team, Amount got deducted from my hdfc debit card but no confirmation received due to gateway timeout. Gateway timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server. Reference #1.9fe82d17.[protected].1397570d"- this error found while waiting for confirmation. Below is the sms i received from my bank: "thank you for using debit card ending 6048 for rs. 2439.00 in mumbai at cinepolis87175 on[protected]:12:09:02" Movie name: sarkar Date: 7th nov (Wed) Show time: 5:30 pm Seats: j4 to j12 (9 tickets) Cinema: cinepolis orion east mall, bengaluru Since there is no customer care number to call. I sent an email to [protected]@cinepolis.com. No response received yet. I am a cinepolis loyalty card customer. Please help to sort this out asap Narendran Was this information helpful? | |||
