[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — amount deducted ticket not issued

Booked two tickets for incredibles 2 at [protected]@acropolis for 30th of june, kolkata. The 6.30pm show. The amount of rs 460 got debited through sbi netbanking, but ticket not issued. It has been 24 hours. The refund haven't come. Also complained through the app, no response. Kindly look into the matter. The customer care numbers are also not working. The show is today at 6.30 pm. Kindly consider this as priority. Thank you.
