Cinepolis India — Amount got deducted from account but got no confirmation from Cinepolis

I booked tickets for Avatar 2 for 21 dec for 4 people evening show(6:30) on 19 dec, the amount was deducted from my account but i didn't get any confirmation from Cinepolis please refund my amount
