I tried to book two tickets [seat number L19, L20] of Soorma at Cinepolis Lake Mall, Kolkata dated 14-july-2018 at 2:45 pm showtime. An amount of 440 has been debited from my bank account but the ticket is not sent to my email or mobile number. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and please send the tickets.
