Dear sir This mail is regarding bad service from cinepolis staff and rude behaviour I had ordered sweet corn and pizza it was served to me 10mins before my movie got over Also on asking refund the staff named suraj chougle and mr akhil ranjan behaved rudely with me saying that atleast the food was served to you and no money will be refunded This is completely unacceptable behaviour and pathetic service Please take action also i am complaining the same in customer forum Thanks Was this information helpful?
