Hello,
I booked my tickets on 4th May 2017. The ticket money was deducted from my debit card but the tickets werent booked. I contacted Cinepolis Support 4 times and everytime they ask me to wait. It is 22nd May 2017 today. I dont think refund takes this much of time.

Its an era of E-Money, but your services arent at par at all. Help with the refund asap.
