Cinepolis India — Booked online tickets

Hello I am Riya Biswas. I booked two tickets for Black Panther 2 which is on11th November, 2022, 9am showtime at Cinepolis lake mall, Kolkata. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation mail or text about the tickets. So what to do now ?

Thanks for writing us. Could you please confirm if you have received a confirmation email from [protected]@cinepolis.in on your registered email ID? Please check your spam folder and do let us know in case if you have noted down the booking ID from the screen as well.

Yes I have received a mail saying that the refund procedures have been initiated. But can you please specify when I will exactly be refunded?
