I booked 3 tickets for badrinath ki dulhaniya on 26 th march 2017.& paid Rs 1200/only from my acount.Although online payment was made sucessfully, tickets could not be recieved.
I had requesting several times to settle the case refund of my money but nothing is heard.
Kindly help to credit the amount to my acount.The Payment details are as under:

Rs.1200.00 to Cinepolis India Private Ltd at 1:18 PM. Wallet txn ID:[protected].
Please expedite.
