I tried to book ticket through their main (www.cinepolisindia.com) website on 6th November, after completion of transaction I received message that only registered customer can book.
I checked and found that my credit card was bill for that transaction and since then I have not received any feedback on when it will get refunded.
I have mailed and tweeted them about the issue but no reply.
