[Resolved] Cinepolis India — cinepolis app : amount debited from bank no tickets received

I tried to book avengers infinity war tickets for cinepolis vip, pune. Amount of 1300 rs. Was debited from my bank account via upi: (Transaction id:[protected] no tickets were sent to me on the email id or mobile number i mentioned. App shows that i don't have any tickets booked!
Please resolve this quickly and let me know if any additional details are required.

I did not receive confirmation email for tickets booked yesterday on 22nd April. 2018 for Avengers Infinity War Imax (3D) for 27th April 2018 at Cinepolis Viviana Mall Thane. Amount of Rs. 930 was debited from my bank account.
Please resolve this quickly and let me know if any additional details are required.
