[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Cinepolis online booking confirmation | |||||
I had booked 2nos. tickets for Beauty and the beast movie, 7.15 show on 6th April from Cinepolis website . Though the money from my bank account was debited I did not receive any confirmation message on phone neither any mail . I called up Ahmedabad Alfa one mall cinema on the number I got from mall helpline. The staff member that time confirmed that the booking from my name was done and he gave the Booking ID on phone. He asked to collect the tickets from theater by giving my seat numbers and my name. They did handover the tickets as I provided my details. Today ( 8th April ) Afternoon at 2.03 I booked 5 tickets for my guests for Bahubali 10.10 pm show, through the same cinepolis website and again the same error, money was debited but did not get any confirmation mail or message on phone. I had to call to staff there again when I did not get any confirmation till 2.15. I called up on the same phone number ( +91 [protected] as on 6th April ) to confirm my booking . The person on phone did not give the booking ID but confirmed my booking and asked to collect the tickets by my name if I don't get the confirmation in half an hour . Hence when my guests asked for tickets on my name they said no booking is done on this name and I had to call so many times and show my mails from bank and sms from bank . they did provide the tickets but we did not get the seats I had booked for . Very careless staff and hopeless website . What does cinepolis charge for in the name of convenience fees ? where and how will I get the refund for inconvenience caused to me and specially to my guests ? What about the difference of money for class of seats I paid for and the seats ( against my choice ) I got for ?
