[Resolved] Cinepolis India — cinepolis site issue (money debited from account but no ticket confirmation received)

I tried to book two ticket today 05-Jun-2018 at 7:50 PM for Kaala Movie at Cinepolis Chembur from Cinepolis.india site . I selected the seat and made the payment from HDFC DC. Money deducted from my account immediately but i haven't received confirmation msg/mail and and the seat was also not showing as booked. its all because of your site issue, despite of selecting proper location, date and time still showing error and asking to select right location again and again.
i have attached both Snapshot of Bank statement and Site error, plz have a look. request you to please resolve the problem and refund my money back.

We would like to inform you that we have checked our system and have found that the amount of Rs.430 has already been refunded from our end. However, if you have still not received the same, we would suggest you get in touch with your bank for further assistance.
