[Resolved] Cinepolis India — debit card charged but tickets not booked | |||
My debit card charged but tickets were not booked, no confirmation was sent to mobile or email. please resolve the issue at the earliest . refund the amount back to my debit card. please help to rectify this issue as soon as possible so that i can book tickets again.many people seem to be having this issue please help me and refund the amount. very disappointed in you guys.i booked the tickets on 11 may night .no details were provided to me but card was charged Was this information helpful? | |||
