[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Failed transaction but received ticket confirmation through email. | |||
Hi, I am Boopathiraja, booked ticket for kavan on 8 th april, Saturday 4pm thro' online using online banking. I received the message in the screen, "we are very sorry, but there has been a problem between the webserver and the cinema you have been charged. You can ring the helpline to get your money refunded". But there is no response in helpline, I booked again and this time the transaction was successful and I received both email n message..When I checked my email, I found that I got a booking confirmation for the failed transaction as well, in that case has the ticket been booked twice or will I be refunded.
