[Resolved] Cinepolis India — failed transactions | |
I was trying to book tickets through Cinepolis app and the transaction failed twice, the money has been debited from my account both the times but the tickets have not been generated. I raised complaint in the app twice but received no response. The customer Care number I keep calling is always switched off. I want a refund back ASAP.
