Cinepolis India — Food bill not given

We have asked for nachos and popcorn they have given the stuff but haven't given invoice when we had asked for invoice the person at counter started arguing ki covid onwards we don't give bill and when he have asked for his name they told complaint karne se hamara kuch nahi hoga
It was Sunday around 6 pm date 09th April 2023
We had asked for refund they told kuch nahi denge
