Today i have booked 3 tickets of a movie named as "sonchiriya (Hindi-a)" in your cinepolis db city mall, bhopal, m. P. There are several offers for club cinepolis members but i have not got any offer related club cinepolis membership. I also said to your employee on the booking stall and he replied "i have registered your mobile number, you will get an sms very soon. Unfortunately, i have not got any benefits i. E. Points or cash back till yet. I think cinepolis have to solve this kind of irresponsibility for his staff.
