[Resolved] Cinepolis India — I did not received the ticket and the amount get deducted

My name is pradeep kumar gupta email [protected]@nic.in and phone no [protected]. I have booked (On 7th may 2017 around 21:13 pm) 3 tickets for cinepolis ghaziabad red cinepolis for 10th may 2017 bahubali 5:35 pm show. The amount rs 426.54 got deducted but i have not received ticket or any email or sms from cinepolis.

I have selected the download ticket option but the ticket didnt got generated on the website or to my email.. Though the amount got deducted. I have dropped an email to their customer care but no one replied.

Prateek a manager of cinwpolis lucknow is one of the mannerless manager i have ever seeen and he dont know how to talk and with manner less character plzzz remove him from his post as soon as possible
