[Resolved] Cinepolis India — link to download tickets does not work | |||||
I booked tickets yesterday from cinepolis site. I did not receive any email about it. I received a message with a link, that link does not work. It shows error message each time i open. I thought to call you and confirm if my tickets are booked or not. No phone number is provided in the site at all. How can you do this? Atlease one number should be provided right to solve our issues. I sent emails 2 times in the booking enquireies. But they did not respond till now. I don't understand what is this support from you. I tried contacting manjeera maill cinepolis number. That number is switched off even at 10 am in the morning. Please tell me what i should do. Verified Support Aug 04, 2018 Cinepolis India Customer Care's response Dear Sneha, Apologies for the inconvenience caused. You can visit the respective cinema and show the Booking ID (mentioned by you above) at the entry of the cinema and can even get your tickets printed at the kiosk using the Booking ID. Furthermore, please do carry the transaction proof that includes (SMS from Bank/ other modes of the amount being deducted). Do get back to us in case further assistance is required.
