This is to bring to your notice that i had booked 4 tickets for fida at cinipolis at malkajgiri

Ticket confirmation number - cp[protected]/wrwlfrd fidaa (Telugu)
On sunday 30/07, 04:45 pm dm b10, b11, b12, b13 audi 3 at cinepolis ccpl mall malkajgiri

The location was selected mistakenly as malkajgiri instead of kukatpally.

I stay in patancheruv and malkajgiri is too far.

I would request you to please cancel those tickets as i would not be able go. And refund the money.

Quick action would be really appreciated.

We regret to inform you that as per government regulations, once a ticket has been paid for, it is considered to be sold. Hence, we will not able to provide you any kind of replacement or refund in such cases.
