[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Money debited, but no confirmation

Hi,
I've booked a movie ticket for Bahubali for 1St May 2:05pm show through my credit card with Paytm gateway of Rs.1635.90. Paytm confirmed the money has been credited to the cinepolis merchant but no confirmation from cinepolis.
When I checked on ticket counter, they said it's not been booked on my name. its been booked by someone. Can you help me on this.
