Cinepolis India — Money debited from my account ,but tickets not received f

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding an issue I encountered while purchasing movie tickets through the Cinepolis website . Unfortunately, despite the deduction of the payment from my account, I did not receive the tickets or any confirmation of my booking.
