[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — Money deducted but not received ticket

I tried to book 2 tickets for Dr. Strange on 01/05/2022 using Cinepolis App. The movie date was 06/05/2022. Amount deducted was Rs. 550. The payment was done using Phonepe app.

Please refund my money.
