Cinepolis India — Money deducted but seat not booked. Error message money not refunded till now | |||||
On April 1, 2016 I tried booking two tickets at www.cinepolisindia.com for around Rs. 370. The transaction was done from bank's end but I was redirected to a page and it was shown that no amount has been deducted and error message. I reconfirmed my bank statement the money has been deducte but my tickets were not booked. I wrote a mail to [protected]@cinepolis.com . But no response received till now. I have attached my bank transaction and the error screen message in this. There is no customer care number for cinepolis. How to contact them? Was this information helpful? | |||||
