Cinepolis India — Money Deducted but tickets not received

It is stated that I have booked two vip seats J-1 and J-2 for movie 1920 Horrors of the heart at Cinepolis Airia for 09:45 AM from the Cinepolis application.
I have paid Rs. 747 for order no[protected] through my paytm account but I have not got tickets for the same.

Please resolve at the earliest and I want same seats for the same show.
Please do the needful.

No Sir, I have not received email in spam or at any other place or booking id from screen.

please resolve this issue and confirm me what is the possible solution for my hard earned money.
