Cinepolis India — Money got deducted but didn't get movie tickets,I want refund

I purchased two movie tickets for Bhool Bhulaiya 2 for 24 th May through Cinepolis app through Paytm UPI. Money got deducted from my bank account but didn't receive my tickets.
I want refund as soon as possible.
