[Resolved] Cinepolis India — money got deducted from bank but ticket was not generated

I was booking ticket for mission impossible movie through cinepolis app.
Show:4:30 pm
Theatre: cinepolis eta mall bangalore
Amount:200
Money got deducted but no confirmation email or message from cinepolis and ticket is also not there in my tickets section. High level fraud from cinepolis. Now refund my money or i will have to lodge a complaint.
