[Resolved] Cinepolis India — movie tickets not booked while payment completed | |
I booked a movie tickets. Money is deducted but i did not got and confirmation about tickets. Moreover i didnt get any confirmation about any order number too. Can i expect any update about it from your side? For your convenience, i am updating a screenshot too. Date, timings, transaction id, amount, etc., everything is mentioned in it. We also confirmed about tickets from the ticket counter too, but the booking was not confirmed. We bought another tickets on the spot. Was this information helpful? | |
