Cinepolis India — My money is debited but ticket status not updated

I have booked 3 tickets of Bhramstra movie on 10th Sept for 12:45pm show time, but my money is debited successfully to cinepolis as per the bank and UPI details, but I haven't received the ticket confirmation. Kindly help in reaching the cinepolis team for refund of the money or confirmation of the ticket.
