Hello sir/Madam, I am MOUSUMI PAUL from kolkata, I like to draw your kind attention that last Sunday (3/10/21) I had opened the cinepolis app to book a ticket for the movie No time to die in cinepolis acropolis mall. My money was deducted from my bank account but my ticket was not confirmed. I am very disappointed with your service. Please initiate my amount of rupees 255.
