Cinepolis India — My prepaid tickets money withdrawn but no tickets booked | |||||
Hi I am Neha Phaliwal and I always go to Cinepolis ludhiana in MDB mall for movies. Mostly we buy tickets online. Yesterday I purchased 3 VIP tickets approx. rs1440 for the Raees movie at 8:20 pm. The money from my HDFC account had been deducted but the tickets were not booked. I went to the Cinema and showed them the transaction as well but the supervisiors were so rude that they just walk away saying they cannot do anything and it was my fault that I booked the tickets. It is sad to know even in before show screen was not working still 6:30 show tickets were sold and customers force to watch movie by disturbed screen.
We couldn't enjoy movie completely because of disturbance.
Please take necessary action.
