[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — No Booking ID/ticket provided even after successful payment on their website

I booked a ticket at Cinepolis website for World Cup match Ind vs Pak with the transaction number[protected]. I haven’t received any information about tickets/bookind ID on mail/text. As soon as I made the payment the screen went blank. No update received yet except the debit amount from my bank account. No customer care number available, no email available. They even stopped replying on Twitter DM.

Thanks for helping out with this. I was facing a lot of troubles getting in touch with Cinepolis customer support. My money was refunded to the same source just after 2 days of this complaint. Thanks.
